Finally the two hour season premiere of Grey's Anatomy is on tonight. We've been waiting all summer to see this episode but it's going to be a sad one. Here are some things to expect on tonight's show. George dies and his mom faces the decision of organ donation. Meredith and Derek celebrate their marriage, even though it was on a piece of paper. Cristina and Owen suffer through abstinence on doctor's orders and Jessica Capshaw returns as a series regular playing doctor Arizona Robbins. We also know that Izzie will live.
