The contestants finally made it to Hollywood which means Ellen Degeneres joins the judges panel. Sean and I think that Kara still needs to go and that Ellen brings a different perspective to Idol. She still uses her comedy when talking to the contestants. We both think that even though she doesn't have a singing background, she is still a fan who would listen and buy the music of the Idol winner. It will be interesting to see in the coming weeks how her and Simon get along. Are you happy with Ellen as a judge? Do you wish Paula Abdul was still on the show?
