The other day we shared the list of annoying celebrities of the year and now we have the top 10 celebrity meltdowns for the year. Some of these people have made both lists!
10. Kanye West
Taking the mic from Taylor Swift was rude.
9. Lindsay Lohan
Lindsay officially became irrelevant. Dropped from her label, and horrible reviews of her fashion line.
8. Morgan Freeman
Freeman made headlines after getting into a car accident with his alleged mistress and then there were rumors about an affair he was having with his 27 year old step granddaughter.
7. Mackenzie Phillips
She wrote a book and said she had a long time affair with her father. Disgusting.
6. Carrie Prejean
In the 2009 Miss America pageant, Prejean denounced gay marriage and put her upstanding values on display. Also on display-nude photos, and alleged sex tape and her stripped of her crown.
5. Roman Polanski
After decades on the lam, the controversial director was arrested in Switzerland.
4. Chris Brown
Beating a woman is never acceptable.
3. Jon & Kate Gosselin
Where do we begin with these two?
2. David Letterman
Letterman had to go public about having affairs with personal assistants.
1. Tiger Woods
He was known for his golf skills and after an accident we found out he was having multiple affairs. He's been dropped by some sponsors and his wife is divorcing him. Gee Tiger, was it worth it?
It's going to be a new year so it should be interesting to see what happens with some of these celebrities. Happy New Year!

Crazy New Year's Rituals
This week is New Year's and of course everyone starts to make their plans. Some get together with friends and others decide to relax. But in other parts of the world, there are New Year's rituals that are bizarre. It's customary to quickly eat 12 grapes in Spain. People eat one at each stroke of the clock. Each one signifies good luck for one month of the coming year. In Finland, people predict their fortunes for the coming year by pouring molten tin into a container of water and interpreting the shape of the metal takes after it hardens. A heart or ring shape means a wedding, a ship signifies travel. A pig means lots of good food. A pile of corn is put in front of each unmarried woman in Belarus. A rooster is then let loose. Whatever pile he approaches first shows which woman will be the first to marry. In Central and South America, people wear special underwear. Red underwear for love and yellow underwear for money. Do you have any unusual New Year's traditions?

Are You Running Behind On Buying Christmas Gifts?
Sean and I have finished our Christmas shopping so it's nice not to have to scramble around trying to buy the perfect gift for someone. Have you finished your shopping? Do you feel like you don't have enough money to buy the perfect gift? We found some good ideas for inexpensive last minute gift ideas. We both think these are really good ideas. Good luck!
Homemade Coupons. They suggest that you could even do a booklet of coupons and make some that say free backrubs or massages or you could make one that says free home-cooked meals.
Bake for Them. You can find out someone's favorite type of cookies and bake them. You could bake a combination of treats.
Photo Albums. They say that photos make a great gift because they're a great way to remember good times.
Coffee Date. You could tell someone you want to spend time with them and catch up with them over coffee.
We hope some of these ideas help you this Christmas.

Brittany Murphy Dies At 32

More sad news in Hollywood this past weekend. Brittany Murphy died Sunday morning after she went into full cardiac arrest and couldn't be revived and she was only 32. The coroner's office is saying foul play is not suspected at this time because there were no signs of trauma or other injuries. Could there be more behind her death than natural causes? Sources say that she was taking prescription medication and Sean and I find it odd that her husband doesn't want an autopsy performed. Friends are also saying they were really worried about Brittany and how she's looked painfully thin and sick in recent weeks. They said she looked like she hadn't eaten in ages and that her skin was terrible. Sources also say that Brittany was recently fired from a movie because of her behavior on the set. Obviously there is more to her death than natural causes. The coroner's office was going to try to schedule the autopsy for today. Brittany is known for her roles in Clueless, 8 Mile, Girl Interrupted and Uptown Girls.

Tiger Named AP Athlete Of The Decade

Despite all of his scandals, Tiger Woods was named the AP athlete of the decade. Sources say it was tough to ignore what he achieved on the golf course. He won 64 times around the world, including 12 majors, and hoisted a trophy on every continent golf is played. He lost only one time with the lead going into the final round. Woods was selected Wednesday as the Athlete of the Decade because it was more about 10 years of performance and not about three weeks of being in the headlines. Sources also say that Tiger's influence has been so powerful that TV ratings spiked whenever he played and prize money has quadrupled since he joined the PGA Tour because of his broad appeal. Woods finished the decade with $81,547,410 in earnings from his PGA Tour events, and average of $482,529 per tournament. As the AP points out, it's about what he accomplishes on the golf course and not in the tabloids. He may have won this award, but his wife is leaving him and he has ruined his image. Do you think he cares?

Woman Sues Burger King For Texts About Shakes and Whoppers
A Florida woman is suing Burger King saying they flooded her inbox with spam text messages. She claims the texts caused her harm and she wants $5 million for her troubles. Really, she thinks she deserves $5 million over some text messages. There was a report in the Miami New Times News with some of the messages she received. Here are a few: "Kick it up a notch with a loaded steakhouse burger. Try one today at BK." Another one said, "Stop by BK for a refreshing Mocha BK Joe Iced coffee. A perfect mix of rich coffee and chocolate syrup." Sure those text messages could be annoying but does she really think she needs to sue for that much money? Knowing how the system works, she would probably win! All she would need to do is sign up for a do not call list or block the number. It should be interesting to see what happens.

More Women Have Been Linked To Tiger Woods

More and more women are speaking out and saying they have been linked with Tiger Woods. Over the weekend, Jamie Jungers, Cori Rist and Mindy Lawton said they've had affairs with Woods. That is a total of six but sources are saying there could be a dozen girls total who have been linked to Tiger. What is he thinking? He has a great wife and kids and why would he want to mess it up? We were also reading that his wife Elin was going to make millions if she stayed with Tiger and never discussed the situation. Now there are reports that Elin has packed her bags and has moved out. This morning, Elin's mother was rushed to the hospital for stomach pains. I wonder how Tiger feels about all of this? Does he care what he did? He probably wishes he never got into that accident. Sean of course feels bad for Tiger and I think the guy is a jerk. Who cares if he loses his endorsements. Maybe that will teach him a lesson. We'll probably have more updates tomorrow!

More Problems For Tiger Woods
We discussed in entertainment news this morning that Tiger Woods supposedly called his rumored girlfriend and told her to change her voicemail greeting. He goes on to say that his wife went through his phone and that she may call this girl. There's also another woman claiming she also had an affair but she didn't want to reveal any details. Yesterday Tiger made a statement saying he has let his family down and he apologized for his transgressions. Does this mean he is admitting to having some affairs? Sources are saying that his wife Elin is going to stay with him but right now they are going through intensive counseling. What's also very interesting is that she's reportedly being paid a hefty seven figure amount if she sticks with her husband. The couple is renegotiating their prenup because originally there was an agreement that stipulated they must remain married for 10 years in order for Elin to collect a settlement for $20 million. Looks like she could receive a lot more than that. We've posted a clip about Tiger apologizing for these recent events.
